ISS International Summer School 2023
The ISS offers outstanding and enthusiastic undergraduate and Master's students from all over the world the opportunity to acquire excellent practical skills and hands-on training from leading scientists in molecular biology. Participating research groups cover a broad range of expertise in genomics, biochemistry, proteomics, cell and developmental biology, bioinformatics, systems biology, and phase separation. The 6-week programme of the ISS includes:
- Lectures by leading experts in their field
- Hands-on work on cutting-edge research topics
- Training in valuable professional skills
During the ISS, you will have the chance to get insights into techniques like genome editing or next-generation sequencing, modeling of gene networks. You will also be integrated in an international research community, and will network with local PhD students and postdocs at our social events.
