The Challenges in Computational Biology workshop will bring together computational biologists based in Mainz and also the surrounding area, to present their current projects and foster possible collaborations.

Participants of the workshop will cover wide areas in the development and application of bioinformatic methods and databases in the study of the molecular aspects of disease, cell biology, genomics, genetics and biotechnology.
