The Bioinformatics Core Facility provides support on two levels:
- General support
- training, workshops and tutorials on bioinformatic tools to facilitate analyses and experimental data access
- development and maintenance of a high performance computing and data storage infrastructure
- systems administration and user support
- In depth support for individual projects
- bioinformatics consultation and custom data analysis for high throughput data
- setup and development of standard and customized analysis pipelines for next generation sequencing data, microarray data, cytometry data and microscopy data
- development of novel analysis methods
